Unsure of how to rate this product I cannot really comment upon the end results of this product as the demo version goes through every step minus a final outcome (exporting .edb to .pst). I would say that was most aggravating about checking this product out. I downloaded the demo version and sat through over 7 hours of parsing of an edb file we had to find out that I could not even convert a single message from a single mailbox. Other than that, the feature set looks really good and this type of product is certainly not widely available.

Maybe its alright My staff can't get into it...it takes 15 minutes of clicking just to get logged in...I keep getting this error: Error :Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to obtaining a connection from the pool. This may have occurred because all pooled connections were in use and max pool size was reached.The rest of the staff isn't even getting this far!

error stopped me from using this product HiWhen I tried using this product an error about a pool??? kept coming up. So I gave up using it.

Not able to Use I was not able to fully use this application, because one of the people I invited to sign up used my email address instead of their own to sign up (beacause it was entered in as a default) and they were not sure if they should change it. When we tried to fix it, I ended up with 2 profiles for me and now think that if I try to finalize and have the emails sent, I will end up with a two names which will throw everything off.

Exinsight is a nice little program. The realtime statistics and monitoring features revealed a few usage patterns I didn't realise were happening in our organisation and allowed me to re schedule jobs to even load on the server. The only feature I found lacking was the abillity to analise logs for previous usage as this product seems to only work realtime. Still it's worth a look for anyone running exchange in thier organisation.
